Achieve What Others Only Dream

With today’s trend toward an ever increasing demand for superior achievement comes the dilemma of figuring out how to achieve it.  So, while you’re searching for answers, you have likely found that things are getting even more complicated because you’re also faced with having to sort through hundreds of self-help articles promising magical secrets and instant results.

If you’ve had it with wishful thinking and magical secrets that don’t work and you’re serious about achieving your goals, then you’re ready to put the power of old fashioned project management to work.

To achieve anything, you first have to know and see what you want.  To do this, you must first create your own personal crystal clear vision of the end result.

While having dreams and goals is directly related to our happiness, fulfillment and success in life is completely useless without having the ability to follow through on them.

Have you been wishing and hoping – or maybe ‘intending’?  Are you waiting for something to ‘turn up’ or to be rescued? Are your hopes merely foggy dreams?  To achieve anything, you first have to know and see what you want. And to do this, you must first create your own personal vision.

The first nugget of good news is that you’re not alone.  The second nugget of good news is that other humans have been building, creating, and achieving for thousands of years.  When you follow the simple steps of basic project management you’ll feel relaxed and confident because you’ll have a real road map and a list of the action steps needed to make your dream a reality.

It all begins with a dream.  It’s that precious recurring daydream that comes from your heart. It’s the daydream that comforts your soul.  It’s the experience that your spirit longs to create.  To get started, take a moment, sit quietly, and allow yourself to re-experience that daydream.  Allow yourself to really get into your daydream. See, feel, and enjoy the experience.

While you’re reviewing that special daydream, ask yourself what it is about that daydream that you most want to experience.  When you’ve really gotten a feel for what it will be like to live your dream, write or draw it out on paper.  This is the first step in achieving what others only dream.

Having a crystal clear vision of the end result is like creating a bright well-lit target. You’ll have a definite destination. It gives you traction so you can stop spinning your wheels and get started.  So, even though you may not have charted every step along the path just yet, you’ll have a clear idea of what direction to go.

It gets even better because when you pay attention to what your heart and soul are communicating, you’ll feel energized and fully alive. This process aligns your conscious mind with your subjective mind, and your subconscious mind.
