Someday IS Today!
Someday, I’ll write the book that I’ve been thinking about. Someday, I’ll lose the weight I’ve gained. Someday, I’ll take that computer class everyone recommends. Someday, I’ll finally make arrangements for that long overdue vacation. Ever stop to consider that the some days of our lives never go away? They haunt us, remind us of what we intended to do and show up every now and then.
Are we just too busy or distracted to consider what we want to do? Are we just pulled in too many directions that we don’t take time to consider what we need to do? Call it procrastination. Call it laziness. Call it whatever you want to call it. Reality check: Someday is NOT going AWAY! Someday is NOW.
Recently, I was en route to the post office and spotted the bumper sticker that reads – Someday IS Today – and the concept really threw me for a loop. If you’re like me, I think about things, whatever they happen to be, and then put the ‘thought’ out of my mind for another time.
You know, life has it’s way of speeding quickly through the years and catching you unaware of the time gone by. It seems just yesterday that I married and raised a family, but this November, I will be celebrating my 70th birthday! Can someone tell me, “how did I get here so fast?”
If you could do anything today, what would that be? We welcome your responses and would love to share YOU with others.
When I write my next book YOUR comments could be included along with your social pages.

Do share with me ONE THING that you will do TODAY instead of SOMEDAY! You’ll be glad you made that decision! Bonnie
At the last moment, my niece, her family and I decided to visit my “aging parent” (dad) in South Florida for the 4th of July holiday, 2014. We are FILLED WITH JOY to have made such an effort; we never know when the last one will be. Thanks for the encouragement, Bonnie! “Some Day” is never guaranteed….Love,
