Hi, I'm Carol Neal, Chief Empowerment Officer of Xperience Connections, and my mantra is 'Let Your Light Shine'. I was born in Pennsylvania, grew up in Minnesota and Ohio, attended college in Mississippi, and have been in the Atlanta area since 1978. I was employed with Equifax for 25 years, but have been self-employed since 2001 in several health and wellness direct sales companies. In 2019 I became Office Manager and now also Marketing Director for the Bonnie Dobbs Agency, Insurance and Other Red Tape, LLC. We specialize in Medicare.

I ‘discovered’ networking over 20 years ago, and have attended many different types of networking events. The format that I fell in love with from my very first meeting was the Joy of Connecting, now known as Xperience Connections. What a warm and wonderful way to meet women from so many different backgrounds who are struggling with the same challenges we face every day! I have formed some incredible friendships, and the women I have met through this organization have been a constant source of encouragement, support and education. There are always new and interesting women to meet because there is no membership requirement, and we truly get time to know one another in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

I became an XC Leader in 2010 and became the CEO of Xperience Connections in March, 2016, when Atlanta Business Spotlight took over XC from Founder Bonnie Ross-Parker. My business partner Tracee Randall and I co-founded ABS in March, 2015. We created unique collaborations, events and opportunities to put small business owners in the spotlight, and published three book collaborations, our latest being “Insider Tips 2: 115 More Ways to Increase Your Profit”.
