Bonnie Ross-Parker is compassionate about supporting and helping other women to succeed. As the founder and CEO of Xperience Connections, her mission is to encourage and facilitate growth, performance and integrity of professional women. As a licensed program, XC helps stage multiple networking events around the country, where Bonnie works as the go to person supporting businesses and other women with their products and services.  XC Leaders host local groups on a monthly basis for 20 to 25 women. They meet informally to know one another while sharing a meal and then formally to introduce their businesses to the other women in attendance.
