Giving Thanks

Especially at this time of year, expressing overflowing gratitude seems to be top of mind.  What about acknowledging our good fortune on the other 364 days?   Every single moment provides us the opportunity to voice appreciation. In doing so, abundance actually increases.  It is my hope that you regularly find time to thank your spiritual source, your colleagues, your friends and family for all the goodness that life offers.  Whether it’s a safe place to live, nourishing food, friendship, family that stays loyal no matter what, meaningful work, freedom of choice and for so many more reasons, I hope you’ll choose to express gratitude all along the way.  Books have been written about gratitude.  Quotes are abundant that shape messages of gratitude.  The truth is, we don’t have to read or look or seek out any source for it’s all within the reach of our own hearts.  Make time to express appreciation.  Do small deeds.  Pay it forward.  Whatever works for you, don’t hold back.  We all need a more loving world.  We all desire acknowledgement.  May this special time of year motivate you to give thanks.  For whatever role you’ve played in my life – personally or professionally, please accept my appreciation and gratitude.  My journey is blessed because of the individuals who choose to journey with me.  May you have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.
