September 24, 2013 Events, Personal Growth
We have wonderful news!  After our great time at the 11th Anniversary Celebration with our keynote speaker Dr. Seibel, (www.HealthRock.com )  Bonnie has decided to start an exercise club.  We are calling it the Xperience Connections Xercise Club “XCXC.”

We will have weekly calls on Tuesday’s at 9:30 pm with Doctors, Personal Trainers, Nutritionists and other experts who will give health tips.  The call-in number is 1-559-726-1200 Pin code 617765.  Press #6 to mute and un mute the phone if you want to share.

The group will have a weekly challenge of both exercise and healthy eating.  We will all weigh in at the beginning of the challenge and again in 90 Days, with prizes at the end of the challenge.  The numbers will be kept secret.  Only the total loss will be made public. We will calculate the total weight loss for the group before our 12th Anniversary Celebration in August, 2014.  We will communicate via the Xperience Connections Xercise Club Facebook group.  Feel free to invite any ladies who want to have fun getting in shape with other women and add them to the group.  We will share recipes, exercises and simple tips to improve your health.  Most of the exercises will be done on your own time, but everyone is welcome to join us to exercise together once a week on Monday’s starting at 9:30 am:

  • Monday, October 7th, at Lost Mountain Park, Dallas Highway, Powder Springs
  • Monday, October 14th, Welcome Center at Kennesaw Mt. Park, 900 Kennesaw Mountain Dr., Kennesaw

by
September 23, 2013 Business, Personal Growth
